Snake Plant Records is a record label I started to collect some of the different projects I've been involved in (as well as some of my friends' projects) in one place.

Aside from outward expression, I am interested in various modalities of inner work such as meditation and dream journaling.

A mantra that has been helpful for me recently as I navigate life:

• Respond with gratitude

• Cultivate patience

I find philosophical inquiry to be helpful in bridging the inner and outer worlds, and I believe intuition and analysis can work in harmony if allowed.

I also enjoy hiking and rock climbing.
